Our Concierge team reflects the image of our clients and so acting as the face of the building and providing a warm and professional welcome to residents and their guests is the main aspect of the role.

Other relevant aspects of the role include:

• Assisting the Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.
• Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surroundings.
• Receiving and storing mail, parcels, dry cleaning and arranging for their distribution to the respective owners.
• Administration duties such as database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, security intercom enquiries and incident reporting.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 11pm to 7am.

• Front of house or customer service experience
• Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour
• Take pride in personal presentation
• Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures and processes
• Holding a Class 1A Security License and a First Aid Qualification is required
• Overnight shift experience

This is a full-time role and applicants are required to be eligible to work full time in Australia.
