Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a strong and growing team and work in the 5-star residential Strata environment. The focus of this role is providing residents with dedicated quality service and assisting the Building Manager to maintain the site and provide the scope of duties as outlined in the client agreements.

Casual Role - various shifts, approx 20 hours per week. Perfect opportunity for a student!  

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  1. Acting as the face of the building and at all times providing a warm, professional welcome to all  residents and their guests
  2. Monitoring all relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds
  3. Receiving and storing mail, domestic parcels and other deliveries and arrange for their distribution to the relevant owners
  4. Administration duties such as database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone and security intercom inquiries and incident reporting
  5. Distributing and securing all resident keys and security devices and, as needed Common Property keys
  6. Assist the Building Manager with issues relating to By Laws, resident car park and amenities


The person we are looking for will possess the following attributes;

  2. A friendly, diplomatic personality who is a proven team player
  3. Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures and processes
  4. Good computer literacy in software such as the Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Punctuality, reliability and proactivity
  6. Positive attitude, integrity and ethical behaviour

Additional Information

Previous training received in either hospitality, retail or office reception would be preferable.
