We are now seeking a full-time Researcher/Sourcer to join our Exact Staff team!

The Researcher will source a variety of professional and administrative staff for multiple job openings across several disciplines, which may include Medical, Administrative/Clerical, Warehouse/Light Industrial and Executive support.

We are a thriving, privately owned, staffing firm based in California and we are looking for an experienced, intelligent, results-driven Researcher to serve in our office in Rancho Cucamonga

Utilize recruiting methods including maintaining a high daily activity level of at least 40 outbound calls per day; utilizing social media, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc. 

Build candidate pipelines of exceptional talent by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, events, tools, referrals and other creative tools and processes. 

Develop strong consultative relationships with prospects and candidates 

Strategically approach and develop relationships with passive and hard to find talent, cultivating these relationships over time. 

Deliver diverse candidate pipelines for all positions

Act as a collaborative team member with the entire Exact Staff Team. 

Minimum two (2) years customer service/call center is required

Proficiency in MS Office a& Word also required

The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service. 

Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease. 

The ability to work independently, self-motivated

Bilingual (English & Spanish) i highly desirable!
