Assignment

• Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.
• Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, ASP .net (C#).
• Support ConED Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
• Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
• System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
• Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
• Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
• Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekends on a rotational base.

Required Skills/Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
• 5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
• Development and coding experiences using Python, AngularJS, ArcGIS Javascript API, and .Net (C#).
• Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administering ArcGIS Server sites.
• System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
• Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
• Ability to coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA, etc.
• Ability to understand requirements and support the team and share best practices/lessons learnt.
• Provide the status of the tickets to the client SME.
• Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.
