Job Description

• Source candidates

• Assist Staffing to develop, create and post internal job openings

• Assist and facilitate the Staffing team in the creation and submission of requisitions and offers

• Track the progress of requisitions with internal and external recruiters

• Assist with the distribution and collection of new hire paperwork

• Assist Staffing and hiring managers in screening resumes

• Assist Staffing in sourcing candidates via CareerBuilder and social networking sites to identify potential candidates

• Coordinate/schedule new hire orientation

• Schedule onsite and phone interviews

• Process candidate expense reimbursements

• Arrange candidate travel

• Collect interview feedback

• Ensure effective record management for the staffing activities

• Ensure the new employee data is entered and transferred to various Staffing reports

• Conduct background checks

• Perform other related duties as assigned which include providing HRBPs with reports and position status as requested

• Provide timely feedback to candidates

• After acceptance, work with facilities/IT to schedule start date and get office/computer/badge etc. arranged

• Setup onboarding/training/introductions for new employees

• Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high volume HR department

• 1 - 2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience

• Associate’s degree

• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment

• Must have a solid organization and time management skills required

• Must pay high attention to detail and thoroughness of work

• Required to handle confidential information in a professional manner

• Must be able to innovate and assist with developing new processes

• All employees must pass a drug test and background check
