Senior Product Manager
- Full-time
- Department: Product
- Location: Lausanne
Company Description
At Evooq, we are building an ecosystem of solutions that combine data, technology, and investment expertise. Finance professionals use our solutions to rapidly identify investment opportunities, make informed decisions, and manage the risk and lifecycle of investments. Moreover, Evooq is organized with a flat structure, fostering highly autonomous teams by prioritizing trust and responsibility.
We aim to operate all wealth management activities on the same platform, regardless of the business line (advisory, discretionary, for banks and IAMs, and later on Institutional Management, multi-family offices, etc.).
Today, we deliver a full-featured application for advisors from dozens of major banks.
Job Description
We're currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Wealth Platform team. We're open on location and are prioritising finding the right person. The position can be based in Lausanne, Zurich, or Singapore, depending on your preference.
Responsibilities
- Research the market and interview customers to find the best opportunities for Evooq.
- Develop viable and valuable solutions to address our customers' challenges.
- Own a core area of the platform end to end, including how it integrates with our other products, so that users experience one coherent solution rather than separate systems.
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure solutions are user-friendly and with engineers to ensure they are technically feasible.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap to deliver the greatest value to our customers, building alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, and Management.
- Run fast, focused discoveries and prepare clear, well-scoped stories so engineering teams are not blocked by ambiguity.
- Contribute to a concrete and pragmatic AI roadmap, grounded in real user workflows and measured on adoption.
- Act as your product's subject matter expert and evangelist internally and externally. Acquire deep knowledge of the market, users, customers, engagement data, competition, and industry trends, and share this knowledge extensively.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage product operations with the responsible teams, including backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, and training.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, with a track record of exceptional impact rather than tenure.
- Technical grounding: a STEM degree, an engineering background, or having built a real tech product. We index on critical thinking, systems thinking, and abstraction.
- A value mindset: you can articulate why a product matters commercially, and you optimize for adoption and monetization rather than output.
- Comfortable running lean discovery and writing clear, well-scoped stories without heavy process.
- Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with a bias to action: draft fast, go deep where it matters, work async.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred
- Experience in B2B SaaS, wealth management, advisory services, finance, or fintech.
- Practical experience shipping AI-enabled features to real users.
