Job Description

Elus MIP is our Multi‑Issuer Platform: a next‑generation platform that lets banks and IAMs source, price, and buy structured products from any issuer on a single workflow. It combines state‑of‑the‑art risk analytics, issuer connectivity, and automated lifecycle management so advisers can deliver bespoke portfolios at scale.

We operate with lean, autonomous squads and a bias for shipping. Strategy is set by those closest to the problem and success is measured by usage, client outcomes, and revenue growth

Own both the strategy and execution of Elus MIP. You’ll set the long‑term vision for a truly open multi‑issuer marketplace and turn it into shippable software every sprint.

What You’ll Do

Set direction (Strategic)

  • Craft a compelling product vision for Elus MIP that aligns with Evooq’s platform strategy.
  • Size market opportunities and define commercial models for new capabilities.
  • Track regulations (MiFID, FINMA, PRIIPs) and competitive moves to keep the platform ahead of the curve.
  • Evangelise the roadmap with Exec, Sales, and Client Success—aligning priorities and resources.

Make it happen (Hands‑on)

  • Break strategy into epics, stories, and clear acceptance criteria; maintain a razor‑sharp backlog.
  • Partner daily with engineers and designers to prototype, ship, and iterate—no ivory tower specs.
  • Own sprint rituals, release notes, enablement material, and internal training.
  • Instrument usage analytics, run experiments, and act on insights to drive adoption and monetisation.
  • Support go‑to‑market: draft collateral, join key client pitches, collect feedback first‑hand.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Growth Product Management pedigree scaling B2B SaaS marketplaces—owning acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation loops.
  • 7+ years building B2B SaaS or fintech products.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and optimise marketplace funnels through rapid experimentation and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Nice‑to‑have: experience in the structured‑product industry and understanding of portfolio construction, multi‑issuer advisory workflows, and risk/return analytics.
  • Proven ability to think big (strategy, commercial) and execute small.
  • Track record of launching cloud‑native services at scale and integrating with external issuer APIs.
  • Data‑first mindset; comfortable with KPI dashboards.
  • Sharp communication in English; French or German a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and energised by ambiguity.
