Evolution Group Consulting is a rapidly growing marketing firm, servicing the greater Appleton area, that specializes in promotions and hosting special events. Our company develops campaigns to increase market share and public awareness for some of the area's most prestigious clients.

We have excelled and rapidly expanded this past year due to our ability to grasp our clients' marketing needs and fulfill them through our technique of reaching the public directly. By developing unique, creative advertising campaigns, we have executed new marketing strategies with resounding results in lead generation and new customer acquisition.

Our goals are to work on expanding our offices even further this year. Expansion requires us to begin scouting for new managers, account executives, and retail sales representatives for our offices. Since every opening is ENTRY LEVEL we do not require that you have any prior marketing, management, or sales experience. (Although, any previous experience will be taken into consideration!)

Evolution Group Consulting is looking to fill several full-time positions in retail-based sales and customer service. We are specifically looking for individuals that are career focused with an upbeat personality and outstanding people skills. We train and coach our team members with the technical skills they will need to excel in the program.

These positions are all entry-level and are ideal for someone with experience in the restaurant, bartending, or retail industries and looking to make a professional shift!

What You Would be Doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact with customers and representing our company brand
• Asissting with any questions or concerns customers may have
• Promoting sales and informing customers of special offers
• Maintaining existing customer relationships to the highest standard
• Working with marketing team to generate leads and analzye the market
• Keep up a positive attitude and friendly disposition (:

Our training is designed to focus on the individual, using your strengths to help build up your weaknesses. Promotions are based on how quickly you grasp information, generate goal results, and your ability to mentor other individuals - not how long you have worked in our offices.
