Digital Print Account Manager

Job Description

We are proud to be representing a well established B1 litho and digital print company who have been operating since the 1950s.

As a result of continued growth over the last 12 months they are now looking to increase the size of their customer service team.

The account manager/customer service manager will have the following experience and skills.

Candidates will be from a point of sale/printing account management background with a working knowledge of print techniques and process

Good knowledge of B1 Litho printing and Digital printing

Has experience of producing estimates

Computer literate, advanced knowledge of excel

Committed, resilient and prepared to work extra hours as required

Service minded, excellent customer focus

Experience of working in an environment where priorities are constantly changing

Team player,with positive outlook

Experience:

  • management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
