Job Description
Own and lead Evolution Georgia’s employer brand and recruitment marketing efforts, driving qualified applications and strengthening our position as an employer of choice.
Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across digital, social media, paid/earned media, and other relevant channels.
Partner with Recruitment, Operations and business leaders to identify talent challenges and develop effective attraction and employer brand solutions.
Lead campaign planning, creative direction, execution and evaluation, including audience, messaging, channels, budgets and KPIs.
Build and manage relationships with, influencers, agencies and other external partners to expand talent reach.
Lead creative partners and suppliers, ensuring content and communications are aligned with the employer brand, corporate values and brand guidelines.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and candidate behaviour and translate insights into new initiatives.
Own budget planning and performance tracking, using data to optimise activity and demonstrate business impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, communications or PR.
Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns from strategy and planning through execution and evaluation.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, paid and earned media, and campaign management.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across different teams and priorities.
Strong English and Georgian language skills.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to work with KPIs, analyse campaign performance and use insights to improve results.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn ideas into clear messages and engaging campaigns.
Passion about employer branding, recruitment marketing and creating strong candidate and employee experiences.
It’s an advantage if you have:
Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding or talent attraction, particularly targeting Gen Z and early-career audiences.
Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, influencers or other external suppliers.
Experience managing marketing budgets and external partners.
Knowledge of SEM/SEO and other digital acquisition channels.
Additional language skills.
Experience in the gaming, entertainment, hospitality, retail or other high-volume recruitment environment.
