Job Description

The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing the assigned portfolio of operators in their territory, ensuring active commercial presence, strong client relationships and sustained revenue growth for Evolution in each account. This role combines the management of existing accounts with the identification of upselling opportunities, the execution of the local commercial strategy and direct operator support across Evolution's full product portfolio.

 

Key Responsibilities

Client Portfolio Management

  • Manage a selected number of high-priority strategic accounts that require senior-level engagement, long-term relationship building and a highly personalised commercial approach.
  • Lead strategic reviews, negotiations and growth planning for these accounts.
  • Serve as the senior commercial point of contact for these clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operators on all commercial matters: product, promotions, performance and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular meetings with each operator to review performance, identify opportunities and align strategies.
  • Ensure that no operator in the portfolio is left without appropriate commercial attention.

 

Growth & Upselling

  • Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio — new products, dedicated tables, exclusive content and promotional mechanics.
  • Propose and negotiate initiatives with operators that expand Evolution's presence within their platform.
  • Monitor KPIs for each account and identify early signals of risk or growth potential.
  • Support the negotiation and sale of dedicated tables, coordinating internally with the Commercial Team Manager and product team.

 

Commercial Policy & Pricing

  • Apply Evolution's commercial guidelines and pricing policy across all accounts in the assigned portfolio.
  • Ensure that commercial conditions agreed with each operator are consistent with the regional strategy and properly documented.

 

Commercial Execution

  • Execute the commercial strategy defined by the Commercial Team Manager within each account in the portfolio.
  • Coordinate with Product, Promotions, Integrations and Marketing teams to ensure operators have the materials, tools and support they need.
  • Manage the commercial onboarding of newly assigned operators, ensuring a fast and smooth activation.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline and report regularly to the Commercial Team Manager on portfolio status.

 

Reporting & Planning

  • Report to the Commercial Team Manager on portfolio performance, opportunities, risks and market developments.
  • Contribute to the territory commercial planning process with a grounded view of each account's growth potential.
  • Use the team's commercial tools consistently and keep all information up to date.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Spanish is preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Jira and Excel
  • Market experience in similar roles is highly valued
