Evolution is hiring Night Shift Game Hosts for our Atlantic City studio.

You’ll host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera from our office while online players join from around the state. You’ll work inside a modern broadcast studio and create an entertaining, professional experience throughout the overnight shift.

No casino experience needed. No hosting experience required. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do

• Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
• Engage online players in a friendly, professional, and entertaining way
• Follow game procedures and on screen instructions accurately
• Keep each game moving smoothly throughout the overnight shift
• Bring focus, energy, and personality to every game
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy

We Offer

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
• After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Prefer overnight or late night work
• Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
• Can maintain focus and energy during late hours
• Follow procedures consistently and accurately
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional
• Can work an assigned overnight schedule, including weekends and holidays

Experience in overnight retail, hotels, security, customer service, restaurants, bars, warehouses, or call centers is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working under professional studio lighting
• Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games
• Able to complete paid training before hosting live games
