Job Description

Execute the following tasks:

  • Be a trusted advisor to the business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with management and employees, knowing the business inside and out;
  • Drive healthy and positive organisational culture in partnership with people managers;
  • Provide support and advise to internal client in all HR related matters, act as one point of contacts for managers and employees from respective business units;
  • Develop, coordinate, adjust and implement best practises and company stated processes or programs within all employee lifecycle steps – attraction & recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management and employee exit;
  • Support managers in working towards engagement level in their teams;
  • Cooperate with other HR functional units in developing solutions to solve business challenges;
  • Lead and/or participates in driving innovation and continuous HR process improvement initiatives and/or cross-functional/cross-location special projects across the network;
  • Provide input for HR business plan – budgeting, setting focus areas and targets;
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, develop action plans to drive improvements;
  • Provide consultations and support in employee relations and disciplinary cases;
  • Lead different HR projects cross-functionally;
  • Perform other duties requested by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

Qualifications

  • ​​​​​​Higher education;
  • Experience in HR department would be considered as advantage;
  • Knowledge in  labour market and labour law;
  • Personal competencies: an ability to see The big picture of the organization and how the departmental unit fits into that structure; an ability to work with and through people; self-driven; results-oriented;
  • Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English languages
  • Advanced computer literacy

Responsibilities

  • The employee is responsible for proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations.

Rights

  • Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and to secure necessary resources for execution of job responsibilities and tasks.
  • Provide the manager proposals for work improvement.
