Job Description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the global procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and overseeing warehouse and logistics operations within the Property & Studio Development Department.

  • Develop and implement the global procurement strategy in line with company and departmental objectives;
  • Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across all PSD locations;
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships;
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers;
  • Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs);
  • Manage procurement contracts in cooperation with Legal and other stakeholders;
  • Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material availability;
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and audit requirements;
  • Prepare regular reports on procurement spend, savings, supplier performance, and risks;
  • Lead, develop, and motivate Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams;
  • Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and procurement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role;
  • University degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent will be considered an advantage;
  • Proven experience developing and implementing procurement strategies within multinational organizations;
  • Strong experience in supplier management, tendering, and contract negotiations;
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess costs, risks, and business value;
  • Experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and financial analysis;
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions;
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities;
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting and analytics;
  • Excellent written and spoken English;
  • Experience working in an international and multicultural environment;
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics.
