Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and adaptable Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a broad career in Talent Acquisition by supporting recruitment across multiple functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

As a Talent Acquisition, you will act as the operational backbone of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes through effective coordination, system management, reporting, candidate experience support, relocation coordination, and continuous process improvements. Alongside your coordination responsibilities, you will also support recruitment activities by partnering with other TA’s, hiring managers and managing selected roles across a diverse range of functions, including corporate, creative, studio, operations, and technical positions.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business functions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
  • Draft and publish engaging job advertisements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate offers and support the pre-employment process through to onboarding.

Talent Acquisition Coordination

  • Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Manage interview scheduling and recruitment logistics.
  • Ensure interview feedback is collected and communicated in a timely manner.
  • Monitor recruitment timelines and proactively manage hiring pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Produce recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
  • Ensure recruitment documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding.
  • Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
  • Respond to candidate enquiries professionally and promptly.

Relocation & Global Mobility

  • Coordinate relocation support for successful candidates where required.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate visa applications, work permits, and supporting documentation where applicable.
  • Support candidates with relocation logistics, including travel, temporary accommodation, and onboarding arrangements when needed
  • Monitor relocation timelines to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to commencement with out-of-hours weekend support to new starters relocating. 

Qualifications

 

  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple business functions is advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Languages spoken which would be advantageous: Danish, Arabic or Greek
  • Experience coordinating relocation or international recruitment is advantageous but not essential or good planning and organising from any industry related field when managing volume.
