Job Description
We are searching for an experienced and motivated Equipment Support Specialist to join our great team and help us in continuing development.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, repair of tables and their equipment
- Installation of electronic equipment, assembling and dismantling works
- Strong record-keeping and data analysis
- Innovative approach to improvement of any related process or activity
- The responsibility for day-to-day security operations requirements at a location, including but not limited to biometrics audits, floor walks, conducting investigations into local security breaches and escalating to a Physical Security Lead, preparing reports and escalating cases in JIRA or emails, ensuring all departments have latest security requirements information, etc.
- Manage communication and external services provided in terms of gaming equipment
- Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
Qualifications
- Microsoft Windows maintenance
- Basic Microsoft Server maintenance
- Good computer hardware knowledge installation and troubleshooting with an understanding of network architectures.
- Previous IT and/or technical background
- Handy with common tools
- An understanding of electronics and technical principles.
- Photography or lightning experience is not required but beneficial
- A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work in a team as well as alone and unsupervised.
- Be a Multi-tasker, have team spirit
- Ability to plan and forecast effectively
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
