Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and well organized person to ensure a healthy and effective rotation for employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create shift rotations and ensure fair break distribution for Game Presenters, Game Hosts, Shufflers, and Trainees;
  • Ensure accurate employee working time registration.
  • Work with electronic documentation and internal systems;
  • Support the coordination and implementation of procedures related to rotation planning;
  • Provide administrative support on the gaming floor, including management of uniforms, lockers, and employee ID cards;
  • Cooperate closely with Team Managers, Evolution Academy, Service Support Specialists, and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
  • Comfortable working with computers and handling basic calculations;
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
  • Good communication and cooperation skills;
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar operational environment is considered an advantage.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including night shifts and weekends;
  • Minimum 3 months of work experience at Evolution (for internal candidates only).
