Job Description

  • Monitor, coordinate and process compliance obligations, including licensing and reporting for assigned markets.
  •  Communicate regularly with various regulatory authorities for confirming of regulatory and technical standards to ensure that company meets regulations as per jurisdiction standards.
  • Monitor market activities of clients and engage with them for compliance related aspects
  • Work closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally and externally in the regulatory landscape.
  •  Maintain knowledge within various tools and assist in the analysis of e- gaming regulatory compliance standards within assigned markets, existing and/or newly regulated markets. Assist in keeping an up to date and accurate library/database of regulatory standards and licenses.
  •  Develop new market entry project plan and track the progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones and dependencies, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong relationships with e-gaming regulators, accredited test facilities, internal departments, external customers, and other stakeholders in regulatory landscape.
  • Stay up to date with regulatory development and best practice in compliance control within and outside of the company.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years in a compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of live casino environments and gambling products
  •  Experience with gaming regulations and with regulatory authorities.
  • Regulatory Compliance experience with various European jurisdictions such as UK, Spain, Malta, Sweden, Greece, and others.
  • Strong understanding of modern technologies and technical aspects of gaming, and ability to effectively engage in such
  • Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker, and collaborative team player
  • Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
  • Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations
  • Commercial mindset and business acumen
  •  Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
  • Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Relevant University degree and professional experience relevant to the job
  • Great level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken is mandatory.
  • Fluency in more languages would be a plus, verbal and written.
