Job Description
If you have been grinding in a call center, working support tickets, or sitting at a service desk - your skills are exactly what we need. We just pay more and the vibe is completely different.
$17-$23/hr with tips (base rate + guaranteed tip rate, and customer tips are unlimited!!)
No prior casino or gaming experience required. Our Evolution Academy trains you from the ground up while paying you from day one.
What You Will Do
- Host live casino games on camera - Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
- Engage online players in friendly, professional conversation every shift
- Deal cards, spin the wheel, and keep the game running smoothly
- Follow trained game procedures with accuracy and consistent energy

Shift Options
- Day, evening, and overnight shifts available
- 40-hour (5-day) and 32-hour (4-day) consistent weekly schedules
- Weekend availability required
Who We Are Looking For
- Current or former customer service rep, call center agent, or support specialist
- Strong communicator comfortable on camera
- Professional, reliable, and consistent
- Available for full-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No casino experience needed

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
- 1 to 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
- Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
