Job Description

    1. Maintains all the unit’s documents and manuals, i.e. makes all necessary amendments in the unit’s documents related to procedures and/or processes in case a change takes place
    2. Recommends improvements in procedures carried out by the team
    3. Handles daily payroll verifications
    4. Monitor individual and team performance
    5. Evaluate equipment supports’ performance
    6. Handles administrative duties
    7. Monitor integrity dashboards
    8. Review schedule and rotation
    9. Create weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
    10. Organize equipment supports’ re-qualification and re-trainings
    11. Perform equipment testing and maintenance
    12. Ensure equipment inventory and orders
    13. Work on staff planning and staff retention
    14. Design, update and monitor remuneration system
    15. Design effective budget for Equipment Specialists team
    16. Cooperate and support equipment specialist in other company locations
    17. Performs other duties, as asked by the direct manager.

Responsibilities 

 

    1. A proper, high quality and timely execution of his job obligations
    2. The compliance and accuracy of the provided information.
    3. Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and to secure necessary resources for execution of job responsibilities and tasks
    4. Provide the manager proposals for work improvement
    5. Responsible for guiding a group of employees; for keeping his team informed of what is happening new
    6. Employees responsibility is to get acquainted with informational sources before the work

 

Qualifications

Execution of job duties requires:

  • secondary education;
  • good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
  • good computer competence and good knowledge of MS Office products;
  • high sence of responsibility;
  • ability to maintain assigned tasks and meet deadlines;
  • ability to work in team as well as independently;
  • quick reaction and attention to details;
  • ability to cope with pressure;
  • ability to handling confidential information;
  • motivation to achieve companies targets;
  • Self-initiative and willingness to learn new skills
