Job Description

We are looking for a Gaming Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily focused on ensuring that gaming products and operations comply with regulatory requirements across regulated markets. The position involves working closely with internal teams, regulatory authorities, and external testing laboratories to ensure full compliance with applicable gaming laws and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory compliance and certification processes for gaming products in regulated markets.
  • Analyze and interpret gaming regulations, technical standards, and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
  • Ensure products and processes meet regulatory and licensing requirements prior to market launches.
  • Act as a point of contact with regulatory bodies, certification labs, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation, compliance records, and certification status across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor changes in gaming regulations and proactively assess their impact on products and operations.
  • Support internal teams by providing guidance on regulatory and compliance-related matters.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and compliance updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, process and monitor product certification projects for established and new regulated igaming markets
  • Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong and positive relationships with igaming regulators, accredited testing facilities (ATFs), internal departments, external customers and other stakeholders in the regulatory landscape
  • Prepare any relevant reports and summaries to ensure timely dissemination of information to all interested parties, including senior management, department heads, and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
  • Any other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time to satisfy the needs of the role

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, technical compliance, or related roles, preferably within the gaming or iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of gaming regulations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Academic background in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, or Legal/Regulatory Affairs is highly desirable.
  • Studies or certifications related to gaming regulations, iGaming compliance, or regulated industries are a plus.
  • English B2
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience working with regulated gaming markets in LATAM or other international jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with certification processes, audits, or regulatory submissions.
  • Background in compliance, legal, risk, or technical regulatory roles within gaming.
