We are looking for a Performance assessment Team Lead who provides day to day “hands on” management and assistance to the Performance Assessment Team with functional responsibilities; providing guidance, leadership, training and development. To supervise, support and evaluate the performance of the Performance Assessment Specialists, and ensure high performance quality.

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Performance Assessment Team Lead provides day to day “hands on” management and assistance to the Performance Assessment Team with functional responsibilities, providing guidance, leadership, training, and development. To supervise, support and evaluate the performance of the Performance Assessment Specialists and Senior Performance Assessment Specialists, and ensure high performance quality. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor individual and team performances;
  • Create and review schedule and rotation;
  • Handle daily payroll verifications;
  • Create weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI);
  • Responsible for staff planning and selection;
  • Organize Performance Assessment Specialists and Senior Performance Assessment Specialists onboarding, re-qualification, and re-trainings;
  • Handle administrative duties;
  • Recommend improvements in procedures carried out by the team;
  • Responsible for guiding a team and keeping them informed of all the news and updates related to the daily duties.

 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of managerial experience;
  • For internal candidates - 2 years working experience as Performance Assessment Specialist or managerial experience;
  • Higher or incomplete higher education in Business Administration Management, Psychology, or another relative field;
  • Professional Working Proficiency in English written and verbal;
  • Advanced level of computer skills;
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment to get the job done;
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
  • Ability to maintain assigned tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
  • Quick reaction and high attention to details;
  • Stress resistance, flexibility and adaptability.
