Job Description

The Marketing & Communications Lead will be responsible for delivering comprehensive 360 marketing campaigns which engage Gen Z talent and drive conversion. This role requires proven hands-on experience from developing campaign concepts as well as hands-on execution and coordination of the initiatives across relevant organic, earned and paid channels.

The ideal candidate will be a result-oriented storyteller who thrives in a dynamic international work environment and possesses a track record of successful marketing campaigns across multiple markets. 

Key Responsibilities: 

- Independently plan, create and lead the implementation of external marketing concepts, campaigns and activities for Evolution across defined markets, primarily in Europe, to drive the inflow of applications to entry-level positions (mainly targeting first-job seekers) in our studio in Malta. Efforts to span PR, OOH, events, social media and other types of digital marketing as relevant and be synced with local business leaders and Head of Employer Branding & Communications.

- Work with the Matla recruitment teams and business units to advise and support on asset creation and initiatives related to enhancing the candidate journey, such as recruitment fairs, job ads, candidate workshops, etc.

- Liaise with internal and external photographers, videographers and graphic designers, draft creative briefs and be the main point of contact for any creative material required for the execution of the marketing plan and campaigns.

- Liaise and network with third parties and partner organizations relevant to the success of the marketing plans, including but not limited to Student Associations, Universities, local community organisations and partner brands.

- Overall, act as an ambassador for the company and brand, ensuring that all communications adhere to the corporate values, and Evolution’s desired positioning as well as comply with the Brand Guidelines. Boost the attractiveness of our employer brand with the target audiences as part of the efforts.

- Tracking of agreed KPIs and reporting to stakeholders.

- Budget planning, monitoring of costs and report. 
 

Qualifications

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR/Communications, Business, or a related field. 

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leading position in marketing communications, with a focus on content marketing, digital marketing and social media. 

- Proven expertise in developing and evaluating campaigns on Meta and Google AdWords. 

- Experience in marketing to Gen Z audiences and a solid understanding of their preferences. 

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. 

- Exceptional written and spoken English, as well as the same competence for a minimum of one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Spanish or German.

- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Strong project management skills, pragmatic and structured with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

- Result-oriented with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
