Our New Jersey Studio was launched in August of 2018 as Evolution's first U.S. based Studio to serve a growing base of local clients. The studio currently has about 150 employees, residing in the welcoming casino world of Atlantic City.

Job Description

Evolution is seeking an Employer Branding and Communications Specialist to join its global Employer Branding and Internal Communications team. The Employer Branding and Communications Specialist will be responsible for efforts designed to boost the employee experience and building the brand in the local market to facilitate recruitment of new team members. Initially the role will focus on supporting the existing studios, but additional states and studios might fall under this remit as the company has intention to expand its operations in the U.S. in coming years.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support efforts to actively convert audiences into potential employees with responsive, and captivating social media multimedia and design graphic content
  • Efficient in content creation on all social media platforms, with a focus on video posting
  • Contribute to curating strategies and best practices for: SEO, user engagement, email marketing, PPC, social media posting/content generation, webinars, basic audio/video editing, photography, video, live stories, and copy
  • Responsible for generating organic messaging for each studio, applicable to the gaming industry using relevant hashtags
  • Create and post engaging content inclusive of graphics, written, video, and photo content for 4 types of audiences: internal, candidates, clients and players
  • Administrative tasks requiring in-person and remote support
  • Support internal communications events in partnership with Office Management teams
  • Fully responsible for social media posting calendar
  • Find new and innovative social platforms, apps & tools to engage with
  • Bi-weekly reporting of KPIs to include website and social media analytics
  • Generate ideas for paid, unpaid, solicited and unsolicited media exposure
  • Cross-collaboration with multiple teams on the local and global levels with regards to project status and vision of paid campaigns to include Talent Acquisition/HR, Digital Marketing, Employer Branding, Operations Management
  • Build relationships with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Develop and deliver an internal communications strategy for Evolution North American Studios and related materials that supports Evolution’s corporate values, a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Work with senior operations management in their employee communication and/or local external communication; draft messages, communications material and advise on presentations skills.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute internal campaigns, including infotainment and educational activities designed to boost the employee experience, draft the material required for each initiative. Be the local lead for planning and creating the content for the local page on Evolution’s intranet.
  • Develop and deliver external brand program to support Talent Acquisition teams in communicating the employer brand message effectively, including advising on and creating messaging and creative expression for social media, career fairs, job boards, job descriptions and more.
  • Liaise with photographers, videographers and graphic designers, draft creative briefs, and be the main point of contact for any creative material required for communications use, externally and internally.
  • Write and review any other employee related material that may be required, e.g. internal policies and procedures etc. for local use.

 

Qualifications

·       Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Branding and/or Marketing

·       Minimum 3 years from managing projects (independently or as part of team of leaders) in relevant work scope (employer branding, content writing, marketing and/or communications/PR)

·       Exceptional writer with proven experience from writing for internal communications, PR and/or marketing

·       Excellent English, written and spoken, additional language skills are an advantage

·       Experience from working on HR-related projects will be considered an asset

·       Strong project management and organisational skills, the ability to plan the work efficiently

·       A self-dependent team player with can-do attitude and strong passion for communications as a means to boost the business and the employee experience

·       Proficiency in digital photo editing, social media (mobile apps, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms), SEO, Google Analytics, photography, and styling software

·       Skills to include: Canva, Google Suite, content generating software, project management system, Vendor management system

·       Must be familiar with Adobe Suite, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve, or similar audio/video editing software

This position can be based in the New Jersey, Philadelphia, or Michigan Evolution Studios.
