Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.  Someone with the ability to support business needs and ensure the legal compliance throughout human resource. The role reports into our founder / CEO and will be based at our delivery hub in Turin Italy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Adapt and implement corporate guidelines and policies related to Human Resources
  • Set up models and procedures to define / improve roles and company organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment to create a sense of belonging of the workers
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as HR manager
  • Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated desire to deliver growth
  • Knowledge of personnel assessment techniques and performance management processes
  • Experience with Italian legislation and labor contracts
  • People oriented with Excellent interpersonal, listening and mediation skills
  • Proactive, independent and have experience developing and executing on organizational recommendations and changes
  • Organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt as needed
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian (all other languages also accepted)
