As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our cutting-edge software solutions, leading a team of talented developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

• Architect, design, and implement scalable full stack applications
• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical strategies
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment
• Establish best practices for coding, testing, and documentation
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in technical decision-making processes and contribute to product roadmap discussions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, or Angular
• Expertise in back-end development using languages like Python, Java, or Node.js
• Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies
• Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience in architecting and designing scalable, high-performance applications
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of security best practices in software development
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus
