The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing and communicating the business and functional requirements for product development, providing planning, estimating and scheduling of BA actives and overseeing the performance of a project’s design activities while managing and tracking project tasks and milestone deliveries.

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Create requirement specifications including Mockups, user stories, and using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Engage with the development team in creating sprint plans, maintaining product backlogs and user documentation
• Work with customers and core development engineers to address product scalability, usability, reliability, functionality and performance -related issues.
• Carry out solution reviews and provide feedback on identified issues, improvements or to align solution or to requirement.
• Excellent communication skills and impeccable command in English.
• Experience in the requirement process which includes requirement elicitation /development, prototype development, requirement reviews, documentation, up to the final approval of the entire requirement management.
• Preferably experience in tracking client queries, UAT and production related issues.
• Sound knowledge in modeling concepts and experience with agile development processes.

The Ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• A relevant degree in IT/Computer science from a recognized university.
