Job Description

EvereTech is hiring an IT Integration Specialist who will provide the Navy at Port Hueneme the below support.

  • Support contractor RA in Verifying the identity of PKI Sponsors;
  • Support contract RA in verifying the accuracy of information to be included in PKI token certificates; 
  • Support contractor RA in verifying the identity and authorization of entities requesting certificate revocation, suspension, or restoration;
  • Forwarding any audit information as defined by CNSSINST No 1300 using the government provided DD Form 2842 electronically to the contractor RA Officer; 
  • Support the contractor RA in verifying the identity and authorization of entities requesting recovery of escrowed key material; and, 
  • Initializing and distributing SIPRNET hardware tokens and user information on control of the token and PIN.
Information Technology Procurement Request (ITPR) Support: 
  • Submit and track ITRPs in accordance with NAVADMIN 346/11, “Information Technology (IT) Procurement Approval and Oversight Authority”.
Order Justification Support: 
  • Make recommendations to COR of the need for CLINx006 delivery service. Requests shall be provided in writing on the day a potential need is identified. If approved, the contractor shall continue with the following tasks for executing Order Justification. 
  • Submit CLINx006 requests via NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET). 
  • Provide the required pre-requisite CPF FY(Yr.) NMCI OJF (date) form to the HP Site Delivery Manager along with the CLINx006 delivery request.
  • Obtain confirmation by the Contract Technical Representative (CTR) that services under each CLINx006 order have been delivered, tracked, and reported to the NCG-1 N6 Chain of Command. 
  • Verify CLINx006 delivery be an email to the vested parties, once confirmation is received, action will be considered closed. 
NCG-1 Helpdesk Technician: 
  • Group Requests: submit a request via email to the CPF for a security group to be created/modified/deleted.
  • Group Request Renames: submit a request via email to the CPF for a security group to be renamed. 
  • File Share Permissions Requests: submit a request via email to the CPF for share drive folder permissions to be created/modified/deleted/reset.
  • File Share Folder-File Delete Requests: submit a request via email to the CPF to delete a file or folder from the share drive. 
  • File Share Folder Move Requests: submit a request via email to the CPF to move file share folder from one location to another. 
  • Outlook Public Folder Requests: submit a request via email to the CPF for public folder permissions to be created/modified/deleted/reset. Mail enabled public folder creation is a MAC via NET. 
  • Embarkable Information Technology Point of Contact (ITPOC) Adds-Deployables Management Tool(DMT): submit a request to add ITPOC in the DMT. Embarkable requests for Hard drive swaps are still submitted via Embarkable Attach spreadsheet to Service Request Management (SRM) team NOT to this mailbox.
6AG Service Support: 
  • Support 6AG requests. 6AG requests are submitted in order to survey a building for potential renovation. 
  • Perform building layouts, including rooms, wall ports, and switches, and submit the survey request with the layouts included. Secured space authorizations that have been conducted by the command Security Manager must also be verified and added to the submission. 
  • A 6AG request is required for all of the following services: Installation of new network switches; installation of new facilities; building renovations which will be identified by the supervisor.
RITA/SPRITE Inventory Management: 
  • Conduct Regional Inventory Tracking Application (RITA) SharePoint Regional Inventory Tracking Essentials (SPRITE) annual inventory management requirements for roughly 720 assets. 
  • RITA/SPRITE is an inventory of all non-NMCI and non-tactical IT assets to ensure pieces which are not covered by NMCI and tactical systems are being tracked. 
  • Perform a yearly eyes-on inventory of all tracked RITA/SPRITE assets to ensure no devices have been lost or misplaced. Such assets may include: Standalone computers for use with specific software and work use computers unrelated to NMCI that were purchased with command funds.
  • Export asset report from NET to Microsoft excel for all Machines within the NCG-1 Unit Identification Code (UIC) and all Port Hueneme (PRTH) Naval Construction Force units (3 battalions, and 1 Underwater Construction Team). Once exported personnel will print of the inventory and physical go to each asset on the list and verify its location. 
  • If the asset has moved, they will update the list to make corrections in NET. 

Qualifications

  • Must possess Active DoD Secret Security Clearance 
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in above experience is required
  • Contractor shall have knowledge and capable of following the latest Naval Correspondence Manual for drafting official instructions, memorandums and communication. 
  • Complete Cyber Security Administrator (Intermediate) training and understand regulations for NMCI internet access and removable media
  • Contractor shall have the ability to understand and write in English. 
  • Contractor shall be skilled in typing/keyboarding, organizing, use of Microsoft Office Professional applications for analyzing problems and generating flowcharts, and the use of Microsoft operating systems. 
  • Contractor shall have knowledge of Microsoft Share Point capabilities and functional working knowledge at a Permissions Administers Level 
  • Adequate and professional organizational skills. 
  • Contractor shall have the ability to multi task and give special attention to detailed work. 
  • Possess or have the ability to possess an id-CNSS-hardware Name certificate  Some personnel shall have the ability to pass Cyber Security Administrator (Intermediate) 
  •  Contract shall have a working knowledge of NMCI, namely, its internet access and follow existing Removable Media policies and instruct
