Job Description

Project is 6 months with possibility of extension

Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost. Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions. Solves technical and non technical problems throughout the life of the project, but tries to resolve problems during the design and planning phases whenever possible. Oversees and coordinates work performed by outside contractors. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management. Participates in budget development and evaluating how project plan changes impact cost and schedule. May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management. Issues stop-work order when adverse risk is identified. Typically incumbents would be working towards or have achieved Project management certification.

Qualifications

  • Must Possess a minimum of 6 years experience in Project Management
  • Partners with TA Managers to understand TA model, special projects (NEO/RELO REDESIGN/EARLY CAREER/DCR) and priorities, workforce planning, TA needs and gaps in each function; and translates them into functional TA plans that meet immediate and future TA needs. 
  • Partner with Early Career Manager to develop and established a recruiting practice for early career team that delivers a high quality and consistent experience for hiring managers and candidates and proactively anticipates opportunities for TA Program and process improvements. 
  • Enables, and develops a strategic TA project group and creates an environment in which everyone is inspired and enabled to deliver the best possible results. 
  • Maintain/develop concrete process documents and ensures continuous improvement and agile process for the Early Career team to remain evolutionary and innovating.
