Provides security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Information Assurance and Information Security (InfoSec) Engineering. Assesses and mitigates system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle; validates system security requirements definition and analysis; establishes system security designs; implements security designs in hardware, software, data, and procedures; verifies security requirements; performs system certification and accreditation planning and testing and liaison activities, and supports secure systems operations and maintenance. Resume must show clearance status.

Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory:

• Requires DoD Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in related discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Embedded systems domain experience. 
• Experience with DoD security requirements and process, IE, Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Desired:

• DoD 8570 approved baseline certification for IAT Level II (IE CompTIA Security+, GSEC SSCP, CCNA-Security). 
• Domain experience in areas such as hardware design, software design, penetration testing, encryption, networks, RTOS, cross domain solutions. 
• Familiarity with in-vehicle network architecture, modules, and protocols (CAN etc.). Mobile Phone Application Programming, Bluetooth, Networking familiarity a plus. 
• Penetration testing and tools experience. Understanding of architecture, development, design principals a plus. Familiarity with Threat Modeling. 
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation as needed. 
• Ability to work independently, take follow-up on project deliverables, go above and beyond the task at hand.
