Job Description

What will you be doing? 

We're seeking a proactive and organised Partnerships & Events Executive to join our team in London to support with the delivery of our events programme and partnership activity.

This role will play a key part in executing high-quality events, coordinating partnership activations, and supporting wider marketing and commercial objectives across a portfolio of high-profile relationships, including Manchester City Women’s Football Club, Saracens Rugby, the Netball Super League, the Royal Academy, Pallant House Gallery, Chalke History Festival, the Edinburgh Futures Institute, the Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic, Empower Padel, and the Evelyn Partners Padel Cup.

Working closely with the Senior Partnerships & Events Manager and the broader marketing team, you will help deliver engaging client experiences, support relationship management, and ensure all partnership and event activity runs smoothly while aligning with brand and business goals.

As Partnerships & Events Executive, your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Support the planning and execution of our events programme, including partnership events, client events and webinars; assist with event logistics such as venue coordination, supplier management, guest lists, and on-the-day delivery.
  • Coordinate event communications including invitations, email campaigns & social media promotion and support with post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and reporting.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities with internal teams and external partners, and support the management of partnership assets and benefits to maximise value.
  • Lead on the delivery of our hospitality programmes, including Twickenham, Lords, Manchester City Women’s, Saracens and the Netball Super League, ensuring a high-quality and consistent client experience across all activities.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of event and partnership performance, assisting in gathering data and insights to evaluate commercial success and identify improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, business development, and other internal teams to deliver clear briefings to suppliers and agencies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Previous experience in events, marketing, or partnerships (financial services experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.
