Job Description
We're seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth Management team in Dublin, you will be responsible for providing full administrative support for 1 to 2 Investment Managers, as well as building relationships with clients to deliver a positive and sleek client experience.

This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in the office 3 days per week.
Some of your responsibilities will be to:
- To work closely with the aligned Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
- To build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
- Accurately processing transactions and queries by following procedures correctly and meeting agreed deadlines.
- Reviewing and updating procedures and documentation.
- Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with the company policies.
- Request policy information from third party policy providers if applicable.
- Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities. e.g., scripts, transfers, corporate actions, static data changes, where applicable.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working within wealth management in an administrative support role
- Experience and knowledge of financial products i.e. Pensions, ISAs, Investments, Bonds
- Experience of supporting Senior Management and Investment Managers
- Experience of providing end to end support
- Experience using Xplan and/ or Avaloq would be an advantage
- Desirable to hold QFA Certificate in Professional Financial Advice or studying towards
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, influencing and organisational skills
