• Full-cycle recruitment process;

• Headhunting for unique experts worldwide;
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision makers, evaluate candidates soft skills and find the best culture fit;
• Constantly improving EveCalls talent acquisition approaches and processes based on the received feedback;

• Experience in IT-recruitment 2+ years;
• Advanced English;
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, strong presentation skills, strong analytical skills;
• MD in Psychology or related fields;
• Deep knowledge of all recruitment aspects;
• HR/Recruitment certificates will be a plus.
