Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization while enjoying a supportive and flexible work environment.

Position Summary

We are seeking for an experienced Program Manager to work with our group Automotive & Indirect team. As a key member of the team, you will be managing complex business development, delivery and R&D programs for our automotive as well as other indirect partners. You will need to monitor deliveries of various internal and external teams, controlling them to be on time, within budget and in the expected quality. You will need to share the status of the program, sub-projects, deliverables, objectives, risk and KPIs not only internally, but also with our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Coordinating all Automotive & Indirect projects and delivery activities
  • Creating complex program plans incl. all milestones and objectives
  • Controlling of the deliverables, managing risks and mitigation procedures
  • Sharing the visibility of the program across other units and with customers and partners
  • Supporting business development teams on calls, meetings, and events with customers and partners
  • Facing customers and partners from product & tech perspective
  • Helping business development team with tenders, procurement and bids, following with contracting and SLA definition, from product and tech perspective

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Program Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to set clear goals and deadlines and to lead and motivate a cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Previous working experience with project and delivery management tools expected.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and automotive quality standards would be a benefit, but not mandatory.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written). 

Additional Information

Salary: Min 3800 EUR / gross monthly + additional remuneration. Final Salary depends on level of seniority.
