Job Description

Job Overview: The HR Generalist is a proactive and experienced HR professional who plays a pivotal role in executing HR activities and policies in Poland.

The role focuses on executing the full employee life cycle, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, fostering a positive organizational culture and supporting management with HR agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

· Employee Life Cycle Management:

o Manage the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, exiting, organizational changes, and workforce planning.

o Working closely with local Managers and Team leaders to execute and administrate HR strategy within dedicated Business units in cooperation with HR Manager in the following areas: HR operation onboarding, offboarding, organization and payroll changes, attendance management, talent management, employee engagement and awards, remuneration & benefit review.

o Partner with managers across the organization to ensure smooth employee transitions, including onboarding and career development.

· Employee Relations & Performance Management:

o Provide guidance and support in addressing employee relations issues, including grievances, discipline, and complaints.

o Supporting country organizational structures design (positions, promotions, transfers, reporting lines etc) and re-organizations/change management.

o Ensuring defect free maintenance of employee data in HRIS system and relevant HR platforms, performing diligent audits and note any discrepancies.

o Preparation of any HR relevant documents, maintenance of HR archive, preparing payroll inputs.

o Support Performance management cycle within the organization

· HR Compliance & Documentation:

o Ensure all HR documents, templates, and methodologies comply with local labor legislation and EW standards.

o Stay updated on legal changes, monitor compliance, and implement necessary updates.

· Training & Development:

o Provide training and workshops to people managers and employees on relevant HR policies and practices.

o Drive talent initiative across the organization, collect feedbacks regarding participation

o Develop and implement HR processes and policies, offering expert feedback on improvements.

· Culture & Engagement:

o Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and relationship-building with employees.

o Promote EW values across the organization and support culture-building initiatives.

o Participate in meetings with managers and teams to ensure company culture and processes are clear and followed.

o Ensure engagement survey and policies are driven across the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles with a focus on employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

· Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance standards, particularly in Poland.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

· Proactive and able to work independently, while also being a team player.

· Experience working with HR systems and maintaining confidential data.

· Fluency in English and Polish.
