Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to work in our CRM technical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of CRM (MS Dynamics) team in Eurowag, ensuring that it meets the needs of our internal customers and stakeholders and meets the goals of the company . He/She leads a cross-functional team, including developers, architects, and testers, to define and prioritize features, set milestones and deadlines, and ensure that the final product meets the desired quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including sales, marketing, product development, and IT teams to understand business requirements, market trends, and internal customer needs.
  • Coordination of creating, improving and implementing of  CRM business processes defined by respective sales teams,  including requirements, which are defined by adopting business processes of acquired companies into existing CRM  processes
  • Define and prioritize features and functionalities for the CRM team through effective backlog management and user story creation
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including Sales departments in the company, as well as other business and tech units of the company.
  • Responsibility for leading and managing  small internal team consisting  of various roles (including developers, architects,  testers)
  • Responsibility for facilitating the product roadmap created together with key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role,
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to set clear goals and deadlines and to lead and motivate a cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Previous working experience with CRM is expected, but not mandatory.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
