Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner for our client web portal specifically tailored for our B2B customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of digital sales initiatives, ensuring seamless and efficient user experiences that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders including sales, marketing, product development, and IT teams to understand business requirements, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Define and prioritize features and functionalities for the web portal's users through effective backlog management and user story creation.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers and development teams to translate business requirements into user-friendly and visually appealing digital flows.
  • Conduct regular usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the digital sales experience.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital sales flows and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales processes, customer journey mapping, and user experience design principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with the teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency in Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

Additional Information

Salary: Min 3000 EUR / gross monthly + additional remuneration
