Job Description

  • Manage customers' late payments for dedicated portfolio
  • Reminder process management
  • Manage blocking and unblocking of customer accounts because of overdue
  • Operational management of established financial limits
  • Managing the process of complete blocking of the customer account (termination of contract, late payments)
  • Managing over and under payments, regular cleansing of accounts
  • Active communication with customers
  • Settlement of overpayments, settlement of tax refunds, inventory of receivables
  • Analysis of the customer's financial situation, proposal of solutions / help
  • Regular communication with the sales department regarding the status of receivables in the given portfolio
  • Work as a team with local sales representative (agile team) and cultivate valued and meaningful relationships with new and existing customers in target region
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from Credit Risk, Treasury, Late Collection and Customer Care
  • Regular reporting on the status of the portfolio to the line manager
  • Ensure delivery of assigned tasks in requested time, scope, quality and budget dimensions
  • Be a role model for fulfilling our values ​​and an active supporter of the company culture, in your team or in front of the customer, whether internal or external
  • Self-development in full compliance with internal standards, controls, policies, processes and local legislation 
  • Responsibility with the companies’ representation and attestation rules according to the assignment

Qualifications

  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a similar position 1-2 years
  • Experience in the B2B Collection an advantage
  • A secondary school leaving qualification
  • English at minimum basic level
  • Knowledge of working on a PC (MS office)
  • Ability to perform in multicultural and fast changing environment
  • Honest and driven by the same values as Eurowag Group
  • Self-organized, self-driven and highly independently manage own performance
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Customer orientation
