Job Description

Our work would not make sense if we did not have satisfied users. And our colleagues in the Customer Care team play a vital role in this. They represent Sygic in communication with our users and are the first to listen to them, understand them and seek solutions. We are now looking for a solid personality to complete our Customer Care team, listening and communicating decently. Someone who wants to provide exceptional customer service, be technical support for them, and show them how to get the best experience from Sygic.
We do not take phone calls; your communication with users will be only thru review or emails.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English (a must)
  • Any other foreign language is a plus
  • You are keen to learn
  • You are interested in IT, the latest technologies and apps
  • You are an expert in polite communication with clients

Additional Information

Salary: Min 1400 EUR / gross monthly + additional remuneration
