Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and innovative Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for listening to user needs, preparing detailed analysis, and crafting user stories for our agile development team. Your expertise will help shape our backend pricing solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and user needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development teams.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure clear understanding and alignment on requirements.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery of features.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to support pricing strategy and decision-making processes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to drive business improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to backend systems and solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
  • Experience with pricing solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English
