The Senior Legal Counsel is a key legal advisor responsible for advising on corporate governance matters. This includes ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. The Senior Legal Counsel plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization adheres to applicable laws and regulations.

• Negotiating complex contracts: The Senior Legal Counsel handles contract negotiations, including drafting, reviewing, and finalizing agreements.
• Corporate housekeeping: The Senior Legal Counsel oversees legal matters related to the company’s structure, governance, and compliance.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
• Strategic business initiatives: Providing legal guidance on business decisions and initiatives.

• Education: Law degree
• Experience: At least 5-8 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law.
• Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Language: English language on advanced level
