Position Summary

As a Product Owner for our Transport Management System (TMS), you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining our core logistics and transportation management platform. This integral B2B product empowers our clients to streamline their transport order processes – from route planning to real-time tracking and performance analytics. You will be at the forefront of shaping the vision of this product, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with our overarching strategy in the digital transportation space. How you will make an impact

  • Lead as a Product Owner within our cross-functional Transport Management System (TMS) team, consisting of data engineers, software engineers, and UX/UI designers.
  • Working closely with the development team to prioritize the product backlog and defining user stories.
  • Ensuring the team understands the requirements for each feature or improvement.
  • Translating product roadmap features into actionable tasks and user stories.
  • Prioritizing the backlog to align with the product strategy to deliver maximum value.
  • Acting as the key point of contact for the development team to provide clarity on business requirements.
  • Supporting with the details of product delivery and sprint planning.

Qualifications

What you'll need to thrive

  • 2+ years' experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager preferably in a product company.
  • Ability to break down cross-functional technical projects into well-sequenced deliverables, deliver results and drive alignment in the team.
  • A customer-centric mindset with solid customer development skills.
  • Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • An analytical mindset with interest in data, analytics and technology.
  • Solid decision-making and prioritization skills, especially when multiple trade-offs are involved and faster decisions are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Information

Salary: Min 2500 EUR / gross monthly + additional remuneration
