THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN...

Our technical support department is looking for a colleague who will primarily analyze and solve customer requests. We welcome you if you have a technical background or if you take IT as a hobby. However, the desire to learn about new technologies is important. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

You will be communicating with clients by phone and email, so we expect good communication skills. We will teach you everything else!

Qualifications

YOU WILL NEED:

  • You enjoy communicating and have a real interest in solving the client's requirements.
  • You are independent and responsible and your colleagues can rely on you.
  • You have good telephone and written communication skills (stylistics and grammar are not your enemies).
  • You take learning new things as a "work through play" and not just as a "necessary evil".
  • In addition to technical background and knowledge of a foreign language, previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • You don´t mind talking and writing in English.
  • You know what Microsoft Excel, Jira, SQL and UNIX/Linux is.

Additional Information

Salary: Min 1100 EUR / gross monthly + additional remuneration
