Job Description

THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN...

We are looking for a QA Manager who´s responsible for developing Quality strategy, policies, processes, standards, and systems for the company and its supply chain to operate within. This may include auditing to ensure compliance, although a third-party accredited body may carry this out.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • contribute to new business initiatives and projects and assess their impact on QMS
  • develop Management Systems strategy and arrangements for key milestones
  • manage external registration requirements
  • implement all relevant QMS procedures
  • update quality documentation and communicate lessons learned
  • train others in the quality system and procedures
  • conduct internal and process audits and address non-conformities
  • manage audit non-conformity database and provide analysis
  • ensure ongoing compliance with QMS and attend meetings
  • develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • report on achievement of targets and conduct risk assessments
  • maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with the quality strategy
  • liaise and communicate with other departments, customers, and suppliers
  • work as part of the management team to continuously improve the quality of delivery
  • communicate with personnel at all levels on quality matters
  • comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies
  • contribute to a positive team atmosphere
  • anticipate and overcome obstacles, approach others collaboratively
  • self-starter with a positive, target-driven attitude 

Qualifications

YOU WILL NEED:

  • excellent leadership and people management skills
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
  • excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • competent in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision making
  • experience with quality management in SW development company
  • knowledge of ISO14001 / ISO 9001
  • Automotive Quality Management System Auditing experience and managing audit programs would be an advantage
  • knowledge of automotive SPICE, IS27001, IS21434, R155, R156 would be also an advantage

Additional Information

Salary: Min 2 000 EUR / gross monthly + additional remuneration
