We are Sygic; we have been changing the way people travel since 2004. We connect smartphones with cars, navigate you home, make sure of your safety, and navigate fleets worldwide. 
We are known for the Sygic GPS Navigation mobile application, the first navigation app on the Appstore and the second on Google Play, but today we are much more! After all these years, we extended, but the focus and start-up mentality remains. THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN...

Our work would not make sense if we did not have satisfied users and our colleagues in the Customer Care team play a vital role in this. They represent Sygic in communication with our users. They are the first to listen to them, understand them, and seek solutions. We are now looking for a solid personality to complete our Customer Care team, listening and communicating decently. Someone who wants to provide exceptional customer service, be technical support for our customers, and show them how to get the best experience from Sygic.
We do not take phone calls; your communication with users will be only thru reviews or emails.

Qualifications

YOU WILL NEED:

- Advanced English (a must)
- Any other foreign language is a plus
- You are keen to learn
- You are interested in IT, the latest technologies and apps
- You are an expert in polite communication with clients
