YOU WILL:

• Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the client's registration for the purpose of VAT refund
• Preparation and transmission to the client of the documentation for the registration of the client for the purpose of refund of excise duties
• Legal check of invoices issued by third party suppliers for tax refund
• Keeping records of documents managed by the employee
• Collaboration with the team in charge of communication with the tax authorities
• Collaboration with the other departments which manage Serbian clients

YOU'LL NEED:

• Secondary school education, university degree or studies undergoing are an advantage.
• Background in administration and office management
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Great administrative skills and structured approach to work.
• Detail oriented personality
• Precision, accuracy, responsibility, independence
• Be a team player and supportive
• Ability to set priorities and work under time pressure with can-do attitude
• Fluent Serbian, good command of English
• Knowledge of basic accounting or VAT is an advantage
