WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAILY ROUTINE?

• Preparation of the client's financial analysis and determination of his creditworthiness
• Management of limits and identification of potential risk of non-payment
• Limit collateral management - proposing and managing credit limit collateral
• Confirmation of the status of claims for customers and suppliers
• Preparation of documents for lawyers, bailiffs and notaries and communication with them
• Preparation of payment schedules and follow-up compliance
• Telephone and written communication with clients - debtors and their debt solutions
• Communication with business representatives and problem solving clients – borrowers
• Resolving claims of unpaid invoices
• Reports to management
• Ensuring activities associated with the performance claims coordinator position according to internal guidelines
• Work as a team with local sales representative (agile team) and cultivate valued and meaningful relationships with new and existing customers in target region
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience to potential and existing customers
• Other administrative support - preparing contracts, declarations and all other necessary documents, research, reporting and data collection

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• Very good communication skills
• Experience in a similar position 1-2 years is an advantage
• English B2 level
• Knowledge of working on a PC (MS office)
• Customer orientation
• Being precise and thorough in performed task and assignments
