Eurowag is a company with one single goal – to revolutionize Truck industry by bringing more transparency to the whole shipping lifecycle. One of the key initiatives is to connect multiple companies and enable single user to view services from multiple entities.

That is why CIAM is crucial to succeed in this mission.

Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) is a one of the key components of the whole Eurowag group. Managing customer identities and access efficiently enables Eurowag to connect Fleets with all digital and physical services offered by all Eurowag products.
 

In 2023 YOU will lead the following initiatives:

  • Build and setup federalized identity – enable multiple daughter companies to share customer base
  • Work on a solution that doesn’t end with CIAM but also manages entities, users and assets
  • Integrate customers from newly acquired companies
  • Migrate existing customer base to new system that will be designed and built with your help
  • Streamline the authentication and access management and reducing friction in the customer journey
  • Lead team of Java Developers

 

YOU WILL DO:

  • Defining the technical direction and strategy for the CIAM team.
  • Leading the development and implementation of CIAM solutions.
  • Ensuring the team's technical capabilities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Managing and mentoring team members, including technical skill development and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that CIAM solutions are integrated with other systems and processes.
  • Be on track with industry standards and advancements in CIAM technology and sharing that knowledge with the team.
  • Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery of CIAM solutions.

Qualifications

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Strong experience in the field of CIAM, including experience leading the development and implementation of CIAM solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing the delivery of complex projects or products.
  • Strong understanding of industry standard CIAM technologies, protocols, and best practices. Previous experience with Keycloak is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Ability to transform business and domain specific requirement into complex technical specification and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral).
  • Understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS).
  • Experience with database design and modeling.
  • Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
  • Understanding of data migration and replication, as well as database backup and recovery processes.
  • Knowledge of database scalability and how to handle high-traffic database environments.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Architecture and Java is a strong plus.
