Job Description

You will work with teams of Global Procurement and support them in managing agenda related to supplier contracts, contractor’s contracts, their renewals, regular re-tendering of vendors, administration related to deliveries (purchase orders, invoices, timesheets, and acceptance protocols, etc.) and budget spend monitoring.

YOU WILL:

• Maintain and update contractor´s contract evidence
• Manage with respective manager regular contract renewals or re-tendering
• Support responsible manager on new contracts preparation and negotiation
• Negotiations with external entities
• Manage agenda of incoming invoices
• Monitor budget versus actuals and report exceptions
• Other ad-hoc tasks based on manager requirements
• Supervise/check compliance with procurement processes in other departments
• Be part of implementation team of new Accounts payable platform

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field.
• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years
• Practical experience with administration of contracts, orders, acceptance protocols, invoices, budgeting
• Experience with work for Information Technology industry is advantage.
• Financial background is advantage
• Fluent English and Czech or Slovak is must; other languages are advantage.
• Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
• Experience in international / multicultural environments is required.
