We are looking for senior consultant with expertise in both financial processes, accounting, and ERP systems (preferably SAP), making decisions in the best interest of the organization. You will participate in all digital/automated activities within the finance area within the company, working with finance departments to drive improvements. You will also have the opportunity to drive implementation with high levels of satisfaction and acceptance across all business hierarchies from senior management to end users.​

Your main responsibilities:

• Understands current business processes in existing ERP systems and provides input to strategic decisions that impact functional area of responsibility - proposes changes to operate most efficiently, whether by changing a process or system.​
• Owns and develops change descriptions to the extent appropriate to the change. ​
• Provides support for adoption of the proposed solution.​
• Owns system settings related to business parameters in ERP systems. 
• Active participation in all phases of the preparation and implementation of changes. ​
• Enabling clear and precise definition of project scope and breaking down business needs into specific tasks.​
• Identifying, developing, and documenting business requirements and participating in their prioritization for development when needed or actively supporting users or other roles on projects that are tasked with their implementation.​
• Confirming business requirements and solution design with financial leader and key users.​
• Testing/supporting solution testing and handover to key users and coordinating final acceptance.​
• Maintains a database of settings and formalizes the options of the parameterization system.​

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting
• Experience with change projects in finance​
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills​
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills​
• Excellent analytical skills and structured approach​
• Fluent in English and Czech​
• Proactive and effective approach to solving complex problems​
• Accountability, responsibility, effective time management​
• Ability to identify and coordinate requirements and participate in their development​
• Ability to resolve escalating issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
